Paraná industrial nodeIntelligence can be sharp and still refuse to enslave. Electrozavod's lab is phased: buildings, ethics, non-invasive signals — Neuralink as industrial context, not garage neurosurgery. Below: BCI ladder + poster income realism.
Neuralink is a neurotechnology company (Elon Musk et al.) building invasive brain–computer interfaces: flexible electrode threads implanted in the brain via a surgical robot, connected to an implant that wirelessly streams neural signals to computers/apps — aiming at medical restoration (e.g. movement, communication) and longer-term higher-bandwidth human–AI interfaces.
Electrodes detect electrical activity of neurons → onboard processing → wireless link → decode intent (move cursor, type) with machine learning. Opposite of sci-fi mind reading of thoughts in full; it's pattern decoding under hard engineering and medical constraints.
Risks: Surgery, infection, scar tissue, device failure, privacy of neural data, dual-use (control/surveillance), inequality of access, hype vs trial reality.
On-site lab phases L0→L3 treat Neuralink as a North Star of capability + a cautionary tale. We build buildings, power, ethics, and non-invasive skill first. No implant theater on the farm.

If the world normalizes clinical BCI, Paraguay still needs regulation, hospitals, and capital. Site role = ethics + field testing culture + engineering talent — not black-site implants.
