ElectroIllustrator generates parametric parts from source, validates them structurally in CalculiX, and compiles CNC toolpaths. The pipeline is digital and live today — every artifact hashed and reproducible. Physical metal production is the roadmap.

One pipeline, four scales
CAD
Parametric parts defined as code — feature trees, threads, bosses, enclosures. CadQuery kernel with sha256 provenance on every artifact.
FEA
Meshes exported to CalculiX for structural analysis. Stress reports published next to the geometry they validated.
CAM
Face / pocket / profile operations compiled to machine-ready G-code. Cutting wood in the workshop today; metal machining is the next phase.
SHIP
The same pipeline at hull scale: three parametric vessels meshed, solved and reported.
Hull program
Brackets were the demo. Ships are the point.
The tugboat Paraná program exists as a full engineering package: general specifications, bill of materials, construction sequence and hand-checked calculations — with hull lines validated through the same FEA path below. This is simulation work: a validated engineering package, not a vessel under construction.
