Drawn in CAD, not words.
Everything below has code on disk today — a written adapter, an engineering package, or a runtime phase designed-for but not switched on. We don't ship vaporware; we ship phases.
In progress now
Trading
Live broker execution
Alpaca adapter is written and contract-tested. Flip from paper to live behind the existing kill-switch layer, tiered by subscription.
Ships
Tugboat Paraná
Full engineering package exists: specs, BOM, construction sequence, calculations, FEA-validated hull lines. The build begins when the yard does.
Andrea
Andrea computer control
Next runtime phase: structured desktop control (screen, window, mouse, keyboard) under the same permission engine that gates every high-risk action today.
Next up
CAM
Metal machining cell
The CAM pipeline already emits G-code for wood and simulated steel parts. The next physical milestone is wiring it to metal machine tools — wood cutting in the workshop is live today.
Andrea
Voice + vision for Andrea
Interface-agnostic runtime prepared. Microphone-first operation of the workshop floor; multimodal inspection of parts against their CAD intent.
Commerce
HidroParts × marketplace bridge
CAD gallery feeds the HidroParts storefront automatically — every validated part becomes a purchasable product with its provenance attached.
Horizon
- ○Shipyard phase — laying the Tugboat Paraná keel (FEA-validated today, keel when the yard exists)
- ○Physical metal parts catalog — when the CNC cell is cutting steel
- ○On-chain provenance for carbon / energy certificates
- ○Andrea background autonomy — scheduled workshop tasks under permission control
- ○Multi-vessel hull program — parametric fleet generation
“El patio y la pipeline que construye máquinas son dirección — no SKU actual.”
The yard and the metal machine-building pipeline are direction — not today's product. What we make with our hands today is wood.
